Amanda Olguin

Finance Director

Amanda has been part of the nonprofit community since 2014, beginning as an Office Manager for Camp Rainbow Gold and growing into the role of Finance Director at the end of 2025. While she enjoys putting the puzzle pieces together to create a clear financial picture, what truly drives her is her deep passion for family and community. Her commitment to helping campers celebrate life shines through in everything she does.

When she’s not crunching numbers, Amanda can often be found at Hidden Paradise leading archery for Camp Rainbow Gold – her favorite activity, where she loves watching campers light up with excitement and pride as they support one another.

Originally born in Des Moines, Iowa, Amanda has called the Boise community home since she was 18 months old. She is a proud Boise State University alumna, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in business and accounting.

Family is Amanda’s top priority. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, along with their two dogs and cats.

Outside the office, Amanda embraces the Idaho lifestyle – hiking, camping, boating, snowboarding, and occasionally hunting. She also enjoys Boise’s music scene and travels whenever possible.
