Help Build Paradise
Over the last two years, Hidden Paradise has been transformed with additions, upgrades, and renovations. Here’s a few of the upgrades that have been made:
- Health center—the only of its kind in Idaho—is crucial for providing care at the camps
- 12 ADA-compliant cabins, bathrooms, and wheelchair ramps
- Outdoor amphitheater and equestrian center with a wheelchair lift
- Adaptive bike trails, a 3D archery course, and a ropes course
- Sports courts and a fully accessible playground
- Fishing, canoeing, and paddle boating facilities
- All new water, septic, and power
- Remodeled many of the existing on-site cabins and buildings

NEW Main Lodge
We have a $1 million match for this project. Support this project and your money will be doubled until we meet that match, which will ensure we can build the lodge!
Hidden Paradise has come a long way—but one vital piece is still missing. Even with all the progress we’ve made, we are still turning away campers because:
- Space: The existing commercial kitchen is too small to serve up to 600 meals per day and there is no indoor space for everyone to eat together.
- Safety: We lack an indoor gathering space where campers and staff can come together in the event of bad weather or emergencies.
- Connection: We have no central hub for the laughter, energy, and spirit that make camp magical (Lip Sync contests, talent shows, dances, volunteer training etc.).
In short, the Main Lodge isn’t just a building—it’s what will make Hidden Paradise complete. We don’t want just a building. We want a space that welcomes every child and every family who needs us.
The new Main Lodge will feature a commercial kitchen and seat 200 people indoors with additional outdoor dining space, ensuring we can serve more children and families.
Snack Shack and Camp Store
The Snack Shack and Camp Store will be a fully accessible haven where kids can grab a treat, pick up camp swag, cool off in the shade, and create lasting memories.
- Accessible: Wheelchair-friendly design so every camper can enjoy this space.
- Treats: Popcorn, ice cream sandwiches, popsicles, and classic candy favorites.
- Swag: T-shirts, hoodies, beanies, toys, and keepsakes.
- Relaxation Zone: A shaded patio where campers can snack, laugh, and recharge.
- Convenient Restrooms: Accessible facilities in this high-traffic area of camp, where there are no facilities currently.
RC Car Innovation Zone, a one-of-a-kind workshop and play area where kids of all abilities can:
- Explore RC cars, trucks, and loaders.
- Tinker at workbenches to fix, upgrade, and personalize their rides.
- Test skills on an outdoor RC dirt track complete with a dig-and-haul zone.
- Gain “big kid” lessons in engineering, mechanics, and creativity—disguised as play.
steam building
Self-expression is a key component of the healing process — or just having fun! The Art Shack will be a place where people of all ages can create. This vibrant space is where e-sports, robotics, virtual reality, and Legos will come together with art, music, and a sensory room. This will be where technology and creativity collide to spark imagination and growth. Elements of this building will include: art shack, virtual reality / robotics, Legos, sensory room, game space with reading nook, and a music room.
Climbing Wall
For many kids, the climbing wall is one obstacle they are determined to accomplish at camp. The wall pushes them beyond their expectations. More tears have been shed and cheers exclaimed for kids conquering the climbing wall than anywhere else in camp.
