natural mountain setting.  


What to Expect During Your Stay

All accommodations are clean and spacious, and beds have premium camp mattresses with an enhanced foam core for comfort and durability. A Guest Group Coordinator will be onsite as your go-to person for anything you need, including timing of meals, coordinating special diets, moving chairs on site, etc. You will enjoy delicious meals cooked with fresh ingredients. Staff also provide dietary options and customized meals for every preference and restriction. On-site housekeeping and landscaping teams keep the property pristine, and maintenance support is available.

Lodging

Blackrock Village

6 Cabins | Sleep 12 per cabin

Built in 2023, these cabins each contain six bunk beds and can sleep up to 12 campers. A sliding partition wall allows the space to be divided into two smaller cabins for six campers each. All cabins are ADA accessible and are equipped with both air conditioning and heating for all-weather comfort. Each cabin includes two bathrooms with automatic faucets and accessible showers. The large rooms and built-in storage give you plenty of room to spread out.

CBH Love Village

6 Cabins | Sleep 12 per cabin

Built in 2024, these cabins each contain six bunk beds and can sleep up to 12 campers. A sliding partition wall allows the space to be divided into two smaller cabins for six campers each. All cabins are ADA accessible and are equipped with both air conditioning and heating for all-weather comfort. Each cabin includes two bathrooms with automatic faucets and accessible showers. The large rooms and built-in storage give you plenty of room to spread out.

“Log Cabins”

5 cabins | Sleep 5 per cabin

These two-story log cabins comfortably sleep five to seven guests. Recently remodeled, they feature restored interiors and upgraded, comfortable furniture. The fully equipped kitchens include a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, stovetop, and a complete set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. Extra-large windows bring natural light and peaceful outdoor views into the space.

Each cabin has two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with three twin beds—plus a hide-a-bed couch in the living room. There are also two bathrooms for added convenience. Every cabin is equipped with one portable A/C unit.

Pyramids

3 cabins | Sleep 6 per cabin

These pyramid-shaped, split-level cabins comfortably sleep six to seven guests. Recently remodeled, they feature restored interiors and upgraded, comfortable furniture. The fully outfitted kitchens include a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, stovetop, and a complete set of pots, pans, plates, and utensils.

Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the upstairs loft, two sets of bunk beds in the downstairs bedroom, and a hide-a-bed couch in the common area. Each cabin has two bathrooms and one portable A/C unit. One cabin also offers extra amenities, including a Keurig coffee machine and Wi-Fi.

Paradise Ridge Cabin

Sleeps 10

One of the best spots on site, this remodeled cabin sleeps up to 10 guests. It features an upstairs bedroom with two bunk beds and a loft with two additional bunkbeds. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen bed. The cabin also has two bathrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker, and a complete set of pots, pans, plates, and utensils. Guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the living and dining rooms, and the cabin includes Wi-Fi.

Lodge

(Interim Dining Hall)

The Lodge is ADA accessible and serves as an interim dining hall and meeting space—ideal for trainings, presentations, or casual gatherings. It features an outdoor dining area with tables, shade structures, and accessible restrooms, as well as an indoor space that can be used for dining or activities.

Best of all, this is where delicious meals are prepared and served. Staff cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner using fresh ingredients. Every lunch and dinner includes fresh salads with protein, vegetables, and fruit options. Dietary needs and preferences are fully accommodated, with customized meals available for any restriction.

Welcome Center

your headquarters

This two-story center is the ideal hub for running your camp or event operations. Upstairs, a large room serves as a welcoming lobby and check-in area. It is equipped with computers, printers, Wi-Fi, and a landline for reliable connectivity, along with ample storage space. This level also includes an ADA-accessible bathroom, a spacious break room, an ice machine, and a full kitchen with both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker.

Downstairs, you’ll find a large conference room with a meeting table, two bathrooms, a bunk room that sleeps up to six people, and laundry facilities.

Health Center

“Med Shack”

This building is designed to support your medical team so you can focus on camp. It includes isolation rooms in case someone gets sick; an extra-large shower for anyone who needs extra space or support; a safe place to store medication; a medication distribution room; and pass-through windows so campers can get their meds and get back to fun. The Center also has a conference room; sleeping quarters for your medical support team; and computers, printers, and wi-fi.

Art Shack

40×40 tent with walls

This large covered outdoor space is perfect for arts and crafts, dances, or any group activity. The tent’s side panels can be rolled up or down, allowing you to adjust the level of weather protection as needed. It also comes stocked with tables and chairs for easy setup for a range of activities.
